Win prizes for guessing games and contests, plus enjoy face painting, balloon animals, magic, and more! Find one of the 'Specially-marked eggs' and get a special prize sponsored by the Bloomington Optimist Club. Festival begins inside at 9:30am and Egg Hunt begins promptly at 11am outside - bring your own basket!
